Payment I accept PayPal for my work shown here and on my artsofmay shop at etsy.com Shipping I ship by Canada Post.  If you want to make other arrangements, let me know. I ship as soon as possible, usually within the next business day of receiving your payment. Refunds I accept returns on many of my items and will let you know before you pay whether your purchase is eligible for a refund. To qualify for a refund, please return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it in undamaged condition. I am, regretfully, unable to offer refunds on shipping charges. Many of my items include insurance for loss and damage in the mail. Again, I will clearly tell you whether this is so for your purchase. Should you receive a damaged item, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can begin the process of making a postal claim and reimbursing your money.
